Refund policy

We want you to love your OML products, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to accept returns if you are not fully satisfied.  The refund amount will be for the amount of the product and sales tax (if applicable) less any shipping charges (if you paid for shipping on original order we can't get a refund from the carrier that shipped it to you).  

OML will accept returns if the item is unworn, not damaged and all tags are still attached.  Refunds must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date the item was delivered.   Upon request we will issue an RMA number and shipping label so you can return the product to our warehouse.   If the product is received within 15 days of issuance of the RMA number and shipping label your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the item.
